Landscape Crew Leader

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience Position Overview

The Grey Barn is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our commercial landscaping team in Northwest Arkansas.

This position is intended for landscaping professionals with at least 5 years of hands‑on industry experience
. We are looking for someone who understands professional landscape maintenance and installation, can safely operate landscaping equipment, and takes pride in completing high-quality work.

This is not an entry-level position.

• Perform commercial landscape maintenance and installation work
• Mow, edge, trim, prune, and maintain landscaped areas
• Install plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, and sod
• Prepare and maintain landscape beds
• Complete property cleanups and seasonal landscaping work
• Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment and hand tools
• Assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects
• Identify common turf, plant, irrigation, and landscape issues
• Follow work orders, job plans, and supervisor instructions
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Maintain clean and safe jobsites
• Work efficiently with other crew members
• Consistently meet company quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping experience required
• Strong hands‑on experience in landscape maintenance and/or installation
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment and tools
• Knowledge of proper mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and landscape maintenance techniques
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation to work

$20–$25 per hour

40 hours guaranteed per week.

Work is performed at commercial properties throughout Northwest Arkansas.

The ideal candidate has made landscaping a profession and can demonstrate at least five years of direct, hands‑on experience.

We are looking for someone who understands how professional landscaping work should be completed, works safely and efficiently, takes care of equipment, and takes pride in the quality of the finished property.

Candidates without at least 5 years of professional landscaping experience will not be considered.
