Rogers Group is seeking a candidate to fill our position as an Off Road Haul Truck Driver for our quarries located in Springdale, Fayetteville, and Gravette - Arkansas
. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frame and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

• Operate haul trucks to strip material.
• Perform daily pre- and post-inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
• Effectively communicate skills applicable to position.
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA, MSHA, Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
• Work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as needed.

• Dedication to safe work practices.
• Previous experience operating both articulated and rigid frame haul trucks preferred.
• Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
• Work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen.
