** About this opportunity

** Pay and Schedule
** This position is Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $40,000-$50,000 dependent on experience in addition to a competitive commission plan.
** How you will contribute to the success of the team
**** Carrier Relationships:
*** Build strong, long-lasting relationships with our partner carriers
* Negotiate rates and settlements with carriers
* Ensure that our customer s freight is picked up and delivered 24/7/365
* Communicate honestly and proactively with carriers
** Customer Relationships:
*** Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers.
* Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
* Design solutions and help our customers solve their supply chain challenges
* Oversees successful completion of day-to-day commitments
* Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
* Identify issues and consulting with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
* Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
