Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and bid on loads posted to customer’s load boards.
  • Win as many loads as possible from the load boards and coverage e‑mails sent by the customers.
  • Respond to customers immediately to avoid missing out on opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with the customers to determine other opportunities.
  • Find carrier coverage for loads that are awarded.
  • Study and understand the market trends and seasonality.
  • Build the relationship with the customers and carriers.
  • Will be responsible for winning the load, and load coverage as well as ensuring the scheduling/tracking team is scheduling and tracking as required by the customer.
  • Communicate any loading issues, delays, etc. with the customer as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus – not required.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Starting pay:

$50,000/annual plus commission plan based on monthly number/goal.
