JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIESYou must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, and have access to an insured vehicle for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS General job duties for all store team members:- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communication
Skills:
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Skills:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Temperature ranges 36°F to 90°F+ in work areas. Fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
SENSING- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position. - Walking:
Short distances; surfaces include ceramic tile, bricks, or linoleum; work surfaces 36–48 inches high. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries, up to 50 pounds, with hand truck. - Carrying:
Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, etc., weighing up to 12–30 pounds. - Pushing:
Trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force. - Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders. - Additional tasks:
Stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, etc.
- Deliver product by car to the door of the customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
