Job Description

We are seeking a candidate for the Off Road Haul Truck Driver position at our quarry in Springdale, Arkansas. The successful candidate will operate rigid or articulated haul trucks and maintain a focus on safety excellence.
Job Responsibilities- Operate haul trucks to remove overburden and vegetation.
- Operate haul trucks to move shot rock from the mine faces to the crusher.
- Perform daily pre‑ and post‑inspections with appropriate documentation.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
- Communicate effectively in the position.
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Dedication to safe work practices.
- Previous experience operating articulated and rigid frame haul trucks preferred.
- Ability to perform general laborer and clean‑up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate loud noises.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Pass pre‑employment drug screen.
