Cold Front Distribution is a leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) supplier serving grocery and retail customers across a 19-state region. We distribute nationally and regionally recognized brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and frozen prepared foods. Our goal is to be a leader in every market we serve by exceeding our customers' expectations and operating with the highest ethical standards.
We are currently seeking a Route Sales Representative to join our team in Springdale, AR .
Starting Pay: $55,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)
What You'll Do- Deliver products to retail customers safely, accurately, and on time.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while providing outstanding service.
- Merchandise products and ensure proper product rotation and display.
- Operate a handheld device to manage deliveries, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Represent Cold Front Distribution with professionalism and integrity.
- CDL preferred, but not required .
- Monday through Friday schedule – weekends off!
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must meet all DOT medical certification and drug/alcohol requirements.
- Experience with DSD, grocery or retail food distribution, and handheld devices is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
- PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use.

- 401(k) eligible after 30 days of employment. After six months, Cold Front Distribution matches 50% of your contributions, up to 6%.
