Truck Driver CDL A Home Daily Flatbed job at Ryder System. Springdale, AR. SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver in Springdale, AR. This position offers home daily routes with flatbed equipment and opportunities for overtime and bonus earnings.

• Hourly pay: $23.62 per hour with overtime after 40 hours
• Weekly earnings: $1,015 or more per week
• Hours per week: 40–45
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start

• Deliver SOLO to Arkansas within a 100 mile radius
• Tractor type:
  Day Cab (manual operation)
• Trailer type:
  Flatbed (6 months experience required)

  Truck Mounted Forklift

  Load securement and strapping

  Home Daily

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug/alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor-trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months of experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years in the past 5 years, OR 5 years in the past 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
