Railroad Laborers Wanted
Pointer Smith Contracting Corp. is looking for reliable Railroad Laborers to support our track crew at the Springdale, Arkansas yard. No prior railroad experience is required — we're looking for hardworking individuals willing to learn and follow direction safely in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Take direction from the foreman and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Perform physical labor duties related to railroad track work.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous Railroad experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Springdale, Arkansas yard office each day.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday minimum, with possible weekend work as needed.
