- Assist in receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing materials
- Read and understand Bill of Lading and ST/OT paperwork.
- Must be proficient with Scan gun and JDE System.
- Must be able to maintain an outstanding attendance record.
- Inventory/Transaction Accuracy is required.
- Assist with cycle counts
- Inspect trucks for all loads entering.
- Responsible for wrapping and movement of finished goods.
- Responsible for dumping trash and keeping warehouse space clean.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good math and communication skills
- Motivated and self-starter
- Work with speed and accuracy with little supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions well
- Must be well organized
- Must be able to work a 12 hours shift
- Must be able to pass functional capacity exam to lift 50lbs and push/pull 75lbs
High School diploma or GED, required. 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred, plus experience in warehouse functions of JDE, and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, preferred. Must be organized and able to multi-task and solve issues in a timely manner. Must be able to work with speed in a fast-paced environment and with accuracy. Must be able to follow instructions.
PHYSICAL AND REQUIREMENTS- Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, on and off the forklift, pushing/pulling and reaching.
- Repetitive hand and foot movement.
- Work environment includes occasional noise >85db, hot and cold temperatures and some fumes/odors.
- Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
