PW outbound lead Essential Functions

• Meets safety goals by ensuring 100% compliance with the company Safety Program.
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments and site teams by receiving and transferring items.
• Maintains the storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommending improvements.
• Supports accurate inventory through monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data in digital applications, and reporting inventory control issues.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading technical publications.
• Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed and on time, as assigned by the onsite manager.
• Completes necessary or required trainings in a timely manner, including scanner training and forklift or other heavy warehouse equipment certification.
• Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer‑service standards, resolving problems, and identifying operational improvements.
• Safely and accurately receives and transfers inventory to and from the warehouse via fork truck, pallet jack, or other certified equipment.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and performing daily safety inspections.
• Assists with training of new employees on the floor.

• 2+ years working in a warehouse environment as inventory control support in inbound/outbound areas.
• Forklift certification.
• OSHA 10 certification.

• Must be able to obtain required badges for the assigned location, such as an Airport I.D. Badge, CBP Security Seal, Airport Driver Permit, and General Contractor badge.

• Can work independently.
• Safety management, data entry, management, time management, organization, deadline‑oriented, and complexity handling skills.

This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday work will vary depending on business needs.

The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, lift materials up to 50 pounds on occasion, and bend at the knees to inspect pallets or read packing lists.
