About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to own inventory accuracy, system data integrity, and inventory‑related process improvement across our operations. This is a high‑impact role that will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, inventory investment, and company profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and showroom locations
- Lead cycle count programs, physical inventories, and inventory audits
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
- Maintain and improve item master data within Net Suite, including pricing, vendor setup, classifications, costing, and inventory settings
- Ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical inventory
- Partner with purchasing, warehouse, accounting, sales, and eCommerce teams to improve inventory‑related processes and reporting
- Support accurate inventory availability for customer orders, pickups, deliveries, transfers, and online sales
- Develop, track, and report inventory performance metrics
- Help create and maintain a clean, organized, and countable warehouse environment
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and inventory visibility
- Assist leadership with inventory planning, reporting, and operational initiatives
- Inventory accuracy maintained at 98%+ across all locations
- Reduced inventory discrepancies and inventory adjustment activity
- Accurate item and vendor data within Net Suite
- Improved warehouse organization and inventory accountability
- Reliable inventory information that supports purchasing, sales, accounting, and customer service
- Strong collaboration between departments to improve operational performance
- Inventory processes that scale with the company’s continued growth
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
- ERP experience required;
Net Suite experience strongly preferred - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and process improvement
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and build accountability across departments
- Experience conducting cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
Starting Salary: $65,000+ annually (dependent on experience)
