The Assistant Program Director is a crucial leadership position that works hand-in-hand with our Program Director to ensure Tech Time Cincinnati's educational initiatives run flawlessly. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who wants to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit management while making a direct impact on our community. You will be the go‑to person for keeping the day-to-day operations of both our youth and adult programs moving efficiently.
RequirementsResponsibilities:
Partner with the Program Director to oversee the daily operations and logistics of all adult and youth tech programs.
Help coordinate camp schedules, manage on-site activities, and ensure instructors have the resources they need.
Act as a secondary point of contact for volunteers, students, and community partners to maintain high program standards.
Step in to assist with problem-solving and operational troubleshooting during active camp sessions.
Requirements and
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license.
Must currently reside in Cincinnati. If you have lived outside the state of Ohio within the past seven years, your application may be delayed or rejected due to background check limitations.
Must be a college student, recent graduate, or professional in an education or STEM field.
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High proficiency in utilizing Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Connecteam, Coursera, and Linked In Learning.
CPR certification is highly preferred, though we do provide refresher training for our team.
Schedule and Commitment:
Mandatory training begins May 22, 2026.
The core summer programs operate from June 3 to August 7, 2026.
Summer hours run Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with select free Fridays. Flexible scheduling options are available.
Your official start date will depend on the successful completion of onboarding, training, and background check verification.
