This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic oversight, offering the opportunity to shape department growth, engineering standards, and long‑term success in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers, designers, and support staff while serving as the technical authority for electrical deliverables.
- Collaborate across disciplines and with project management to deliver multidisciplinary projects from concept through execution.
- Mentor team members, maintain and improve departmental standards and workflows, and support client engagement and business development efforts.
- Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Background supporting industrial or heavy manufacturing projects.
- Proficiency with electrical design and analysis tools, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
