Direct support provider

About the Role:

Loving Hearts Home Care Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Provider to join our caring team in Springdale, OH. • Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and skill-building
• Administer or assist with medications as directed and per care plan guidelines
• Document and maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members
• Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related healthcare field preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and work independently
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
