Job Description
We are partnering with a large, well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a Network Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of clients across mid-market and enterprise environments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, solving complex networking challenges, and supporting production environments post-implementation. You’ll play a key role in day 2 operations, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple customer networks.
What You’ll Be Doing- Provide operational (day
2) network support across multiple client environments - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and security
- Support and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams and clients on incident resolution and ongoing improvements - Assist with post-implementation support following network deployments

Skills and Requirements- 4-5 years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Hands on experience with
- Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Aruba switches
- Check Point firewalls
- Strong communication – able to be client facing
- CCNP
- Managed Services background
- Service Now ticketing system experience
