Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per hour

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional projects that drive real business impact. This role owns projects from start to finish—keeping timelines, budgets, and teams aligned to deliver results.

• Manage multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and performance
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, and resource allocation
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across locations
• Identify risks and drive solutions proactively
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and leadership
• Track progress and provide regular updates
• Ensure accountability across project teams
• Support process improvements and best practices

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Comfortable working across teams and influencing stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (PMI or similar)
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking tools

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product‑based environments
• Background working across multiple business units

• Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility as needed
• Up to 25% travel
• Mix of office and occasional site‑based work
