Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CMM Programmer to support inspection and quality operations within an MRO environment for aerospace components. This role will focus on offline programming and supporting the inspection of complex, engine-critical parts, including rotating components. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute offline CMM programs using PC-DMIS and/or MODUS
- Inspect and validate complex aerospace repair parts, including engine-critical rotating components
- Perform dimensional inspections including:
- Drop dimensions
- Diameters
- (Nice to have) True position measurements
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications using GD&T
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to:
- Run programs on CMM equipment
- Perform correlation activities to validate program accuracy
- Support quality and inspection processes across MRO operations
Shift is 7am – 3pm.

- -3+ years of CMM programming experience
- -Hands-on experience with PC-DMIS and/or MODUS
- -Strong understanding and application of GD&T
- -Experience working with complex or tight-tolerance components
-Experience with MODUS - -Background in aerospace, MRO, or engine components
- -Experience inspecting rotating hardware or engine-critical parts
