Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales

Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, using solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate T‑Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review personal results, current promotions, and updates to maintain customer readiness at all times.
• Build customer relationships by proactively reaching out, following up, capturing referrals, and managing return processes; perform price overrides for specialty offers where authorized.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience, including account setup, device support, and account servicing.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)

• Customer‑satisfaction focus: enthusiastic, friendly, and able to connect on a personal level.
• Team building: willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders.
• Retail sales: competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, they advance to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000 per year.
