• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, and processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events and make efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting procedures, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan, wrap, palletize, ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, secure items until Members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determining and recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to and learning from change, feedback, and difficulties.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy and other related action plans.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
