• Communicates and explains membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members to assist with account decisions.
• Builds membership levels, encourages renewals, and promotes the value of Sam's Club products and services.
• Provides customer/member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintains the gas station and car wash area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims and returns, zoning, arranging merchandise supplies, identifying shrink and damages, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Receives and stocks merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, organizes and maintains the facility, and completes required paperwork and logs.
• Operates equipment such as cash registers and other tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operates and maintains gas station and car wash equipment, providing products and services in accordance with company policies.
• Acts with integrity, promotes company values, and supports a regenerative culture.
• Serves customers and members, delivers results, makes data‑driven decisions, balances short‑ and long‑term priorities, and supports the team to achieve purpose.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
