Member Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide member service, maintain checkout area, and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Guide and support members regarding self‑service technology.
• Process member purchases, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Conduct safety sweeps, follow company safety standards, and report unsafe situations.
• Maintain entrance, exit, and zone areas, arrange and organize merchandise.
• Assist members with locating merchandise, purchasing decisions, and transporting items.
• Maintain paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security practices.
• Assist in training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes and procedures.
• Teach new technology and tool functionality; deliver new programs rollout training.
• Provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Identify shrink and damages; implement related action plans.
• Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers and co‑workers.
• Act in line with Walmart values, maintain integrity, ethics, and compliance.

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Position Location:

Springdale, OH , United States. Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 (minimum wage applicable). Premiums may apply.
