Security Officer - Warehouse Surveillance

Overview

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will monitor security systems, identify threats, and respond to incidents in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

  Full-time, Saturday through Sunday and Tuesday through Wednesday, 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.16 / hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass extensive screening processes
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
