Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accounting? We’re looking for a Bookkeeper that will eventually grow into an Assistant Controller. The right individual will have the desire to learn all aspects of our Bookkeeper role with the vision of the possibility of advancement

A Bookkeeper Hours

· Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour meal break).

A Bookkeeper Pay Structure
· $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience and work history.

A Bookkeeper will:

· Balance branch locations and review work orders.

· Manage incoming and outgoing payments.

· Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy.

· Understand Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

· Communicate effectively, multitask with attention to detail, and maintain a professional demeanor.

· Learn company policies and services during training.

· Collaborate closely with the team.
A Bookkeeper Requirements

· Ability to pass background & credit screening.

· Associate’s degree in Accounting (Preferred).

· Leadership experience (3+ years preferred).

· Strong AR/AP knowledge.

· Basic math and 10-key proficiency.

· Provide 3 professional references and most recent transcripts.

· Proven reliability and valid driver’s license.
