Position OverviewUnder general supervision, performs professional accounting work related to the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of revenue ledgers for agency funds for the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (DFPR). Utilizes applicable accounting systems and source documentation to prepare, examine, reconcile, and analyze refunds and credits. Maintains complex and complete set of general account books by fund for the license area. Prepares and reconciles daily manual deposits.
Responds to accounts receivable related inquiries from management, auditors, and licensees. Analyzes and evaluates, on an on-going basis, the operational aspect for Accounts Receivable for the purpose of updating effectiveness.
