Job Responsibilities
- Process customer checks, electronic payments and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain department reports, including account analysis, reconciliations and accounting adjustments.
- Review payment data from third-party partners and match to customer accounts.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Accounts receivable or banking experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates proficiency in processing customer payments and resolving discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential for managing account analysis and reconciliations.
