UMB seeks a Lead Fund Accountant for the Alternative Investments team in Springfield, IL. The role handles accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting for client funds, including NAV preparation, cash and investor activity review, and transaction recording.
You will train and supervise fund accounting staff and ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, and IRS guidelines. You will build strong client relationships, onboard new funds, and deliver accurate financial statements.
