• Assist with monthly accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and file sales tax returns
• Assist with tax preparation for individuals and businesses
• Provide backup support for payroll processing as needed
• Work with senior accountants and management to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation and client records
• Assist with additional accounting and bookkeeping projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or public accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with tax preparation and payroll is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
