Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, compliance activities, and financial analysis. This role partners with operations and leadership to provide accurate financial information, improve accounting processes, and support business decision-making.

• Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities.
• Prepare journal entries and support financial statement preparation.
• Conduct financial statement and operational analysis.
• Support government reporting and compliance requirements.
• Assist with employee ownership plan administration and insurance programs.
• Participate in annual audits and tax preparation.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
