Accounts Payable Scan Clerk

The Accounts Payable Scan Clerk is responsible for the review and accuracy of all Accounts Payable documents attached within the financials system.

• Reports to the Manager of Accounts Payable

• Review and maintenance of Accounts Payable scanned invoices/invoice support.
• Maintenance of Accounts Payable packing slips as needed.
• Sort, stamp and distribute daily mail.
• Assist Manager of Accounts Payable and Accounts Payable Clerks with all projects within scope of responsibility.
• Assist Accounts Payable Clerks with packing slip processing as needed.
• Comply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

• High School graduate or GED required. Computer experience preferred. Clerical/file or data entry experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work with a wide variety of initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and superiors.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Normal office equipment, sitting 90% of the time.
• Team oriented environment utilizing collaboration with peers.
