As an Audit Senior
, you’ll take ownership of engagements from planning through completion, work directly with clients across a variety of industries, and help mentor and develop staff.

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Manage client relationships, requests, and engagement timelines
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff auditors
• Review work papers and ensure compliance with professional standards
• Evaluate client operations, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to managers and partners
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA eligible with 150 credit hours
• 3–4 years of public accounting audit experience
• Current or recent experience as an Audit Senior
• Experience leading engagements and working directly with clients
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week
• Daily access to a vehicle and ability to travel to client sites as needed
