Position Summary
Provides administrative, coordination, and operational support across the MPTT organization. Partners with stakeholders, business owners, project managers, and senior leadership to support reporting, documentation, communications, and operational processes.
PrimaryJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicates with various stakeholders, business owners, project managers, and senior leadership across the DDAT organization
- Assists management with department‑level reporting, including MOR updates, weekly status updates, and monthly organizational chart maintenance
- Provides SharePoint support, including document organization, updates, and access coordination
- Assists with the administration and documentation of production support strategies as needed
- Supports teams by documenting complex production issues and coordinating with developers, system administrators, and quality assurance teams
- Assists with SOX audits and tech debt management activities
- Tracks action items and follow‑ups from leadership and operational meetings
- Monitor shared inboxes or distribution lists and respond or route messages as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and records‑retention guidelines
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating PowerPoint decks for an executive‑level audience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Project
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience allocating resources and creating tasks in Clarity
- Experience supporting technology, data, or analytics organizations
- Familiarity with SharePoint and enterprise documentation standards
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of specialized training and relevant professional experience

Pay Range$46,988.00 - $ (Base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.)
