You will manage complex calendaring, coordinate domestic and international travel, and keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive matters.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in close knit setting. Comfort supporting both professional and occasional personal logistics, along with confidence working with senior stakeholders, is essential.
