Post Closing Coordinator

We’re hiring a Post Closing Coordinator to join our team in Rolling Meadows, IL
!

This is a full-time,
on‑site position with pay ranging from $21–24/hour
, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn. Previous mortgage post‑closing experience is preferred, but we are also open to motivated entry‑level candidates looking to start a career in the mortgage industry.

• Review and scrub daily closing packages for accuracy
• Scan and upload documents into Encompass
• Coordinate and communicate corrections needed on loan files
• Review Down Payment Assistance packages
• Complete MERS registrations
• Monitor pipelines and reports to ensure timely receipt and distribution of collateral documentation
• Communicate with escrow offices regarding missing documents
  
  Receive, log, and ship original collateral documents to warehouse banks and investors
• Maintain organized filing systems and assist with additional projects as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Basic math and typing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Previous Post Closing Coordinator experience
• Experience with Encompass and/or WLS systems
• Ability to manage high‑volume workloads with urgency and accuracy

High school diploma or equivalent required.
