About the Role
We are seeking a driven, energetic Account Associate to join our dynamic Insurance team in South Barrington, IL (Greater Chicago).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, issue, file, update and manage time-sensitive insurance documents critical to the business, including certifications of insurance, endorsement requests, loss summaries, quotes, binding requests, renewal letters, mod analysis, and many more.
- Learn industry terminology and commercial insurance coverage basics.
- Conduct research and compile information for Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Participate in off-site carrier, client, and prospect meetings as required.
- Keep the insurance filing and database system (Applied Epic) up to date.
- Assist in creating proposals, summaries of insurance, and presentations.
- Responsible for billing accurately and timely, audit processing.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and industry partners to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Provide backup for other team members during their absence.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

- Proficient in Applied Epic, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Pro systems.
