We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator - Equipment Leasing/ Mortgage
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all Application submittals, financial data gathering (credit pkg check off sheet), preparing for credit submissions.
- Ensure the Credit department has issued credit disposition and rating (approval, decline, need more info), ensure the credit department has prepared the approval letters and forward to sales coordinator for execution/delivery.
- See deal through to approval stage and collecting of commitment fee.l
- Hand complete transaction off to Documentation department with all items required to doc deal.
- Maintain and refresh marketing flyers, update weekly rate sheet pricing, and distribute to Sales and approved Brokers.
- Maintain CRM database, create separate mail and marketing databases by Vendor, customer, Broker, and import Linked In Contacts by rep and code by owner.
- Generate weekly reports including updating scorecards, commission reports, vendor reports, CRM reporting, sales quota Vs actual reporting, sales solicitation lists.
- Assist the sales team in the preparation and processing of financing applications and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for credit approvals.
- Liaise with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely processing of finance applications.
- Maintain and update sales databases and client records.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with database management and marketing tools such as Mail Chimp.
