The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) within the Illinois Department of Human Services seeks a Rehabilitation Case Coordinator I (38141) to manage case records and support service delivery in a field office.
You'll perform clerical tasks, monitor case status, prepare reports, and interact with customers and staff while adhering to rules and procedures. Travel may be required;
Mon-Fri schedule 8:30am-5pm; union position under AFSCME.
