Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs in accordance with factory standards.
• Execute maintenance and warranty work with precision and efficiency.
• Clearly document all work and findings on repair orders for Service Advisors and customers.
• Stay current with evolving vehicle technology through ongoing factory-sponsored training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification:Mercedes-Benz Factory Certificationis highly preferred.
• Alternative Experience:We strongly encourageMaster Level Techniciansfrom other premium import brands (e.g., BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus) to apply. We value your high-level diagnostic skills and are prepared to support your transition to the Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Technical Skills:Expert-level ability in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs.
• Professionalism:Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high quality-control standards.
• Essentials: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and your own set of tools.
