Are you a Dynamic and Exceptional High Level Diagnostic Automotive Technician with experience who is Customer-Obsessed, and promotes teamwork and continued learning?

HEART Auto Care is a progressive and busy shop that maintains a warm, supportive, and productive environment. We are looking for a skilled High Level Diagnostic Automotive Technician who can perform major repairs and services. The best candidate will have the ability to service and repair most automotive makes and models.

Compensation & Perks
  • Target Earnings: $ – $+ per year.
  • Guarantee: A guaranteed 40‑hour work week at your base hourly rate, Monday through Friday.
  • High Volume, High Earnings: Our shop is busy! Techs here average 50–60+ booking hours weekly. You’ll receive your guaranteed base pay plus an additional hourly “bump” for all production hours, allowing for uncapped earning potential.

General Responsibilities

Able to perform all general service and mechanical technician functions in addition to overall expertise in most vehicle functions:

  • HVAC diagnostics and repairs
  • Electrical systems
  • Charging systems
  • Emissions systems
  • ABS/Traction control systems
Shop/Operational Duties
  • Troubleshooting and overall shop-related problem-solving
  • Overseeing, teaching, coaching, and motivating less experienced technicians
  • Continue technical training and self‑improvement
  • Assist other technicians and locations as needed
  • Assist with overall shop maintenance and any additional duties including any porter duties

Qualifications
  • 6-7+ years of automotive repair experience – Production shown.
  • Deep diagnostic and repair expertise across multiple systems and makes.
  • High proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software (specifically competent with lab-scope and pressure transducer testing).
  • ASE certifications or equivalent experience.
  • Own a complete set of tools.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
  • A1‑A8 or other advanced ASE certification.
  • Experience with digital inspection and shop management systems.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience.
