    Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Elevate

    Experience:

    Maintain flawless customer satisfaction scores matching dealership standards.
  • Drive Financials:
    Optimize department profitability, labor rates, and parts turnover.
  • Mentor Talent:
    Recruit, train, and retain elite service advisors and certified technicians.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Uphold strict factory warranty procedures and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager
  • Track Record:
    Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
  • Leadership:
    Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high‑pressure situations calmly.
  • Skills:

    Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealer track, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
  • Education:

    Degree in business administration or automotive technology preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Pre‑employment background checks are required, including MVR, and drug screening.
