Responsibilities

Client Communication:
Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate information on maintenance and repairs.

Service Coordination:
Schedule appointments, update clients on service progress, and ensure timely completion of all service requests.

Technical Assistance:
Utilize your automotive knowledge to assist customers in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate solutions.

Requirements
