Law Automotive is seeking a Master Diagnostic Technician in Springfield, IL with 5+ years of experience and strong automotive diagnostic skills. This opportunity pays $40-$50/hour plus production bonus incentives in a busy, shop with an established customer base. • Diagnose complex automotive problems and difficult-to-solve vehicle concerns
• Troubleshoot automotive electrical, electronic, and technology-related issues
• Diagnose and service a variety of makes and models
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to automotive service challenges
• Serve as a technical resource when other technicians need help with diagnostics and technology
• Provide exemplary customer service through quality, team-focused work
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the team
• Continue learning and developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience

• Minimum 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Automotive diagnostic experience required
• Experience working with all makes and models
• Proven work record
• Strong automotive electrical, electronic, and technology skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn, develop skills, solve automotive service challenges, and provide exemplary customer service
