• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and success criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to elicit and refine requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements.
• Decompose high‑level initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design by collaborating with architects and developers.
• Maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, and data definitions.

• Analyze datasets to support business decisions and validate requirements.
• Profile, map, and document data across source systems and target platforms.
• Identify data quality issues and support data governance efforts.
• Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with engagement leaders to support planning, tracking, and delivery execution.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives).
• Help manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
