Product and Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute strategy and product-related initiatives for Motorola’s Video and Software (V&S) global portfolio.
• Prioritize regional expansion through compliance approvals and language adaptations.
• Operate and maintain product pricing documentation, ensuring products remain orderable, fulfilable, renewable, and maintainable until end of life.
• Set clear goals for people leadership and hold team members to them fairly and consistently.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for all team deliverables.
• Translate strategy into actionable recommendations and analyze results.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and gather high‑level requirements to build comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain offer structure for the V&S portfolio, leveraging advanced systems and tools from new product introduction to end of life.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product teams and IT, building scalable business processes powered by new system and tool functionality.

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in public safety products and a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong people‑management skills with experience setting expectations and holding difficult conversations.
• Understanding of ERP and/or quote‑to‑cash systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain the big picture while managing detail‑oriented execution.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, with a strong sense of urgency.
• Understanding of Motorola Solutions’ D‑Stream process.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely (no sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical skills, organization, and curiosity to develop new methods and processes.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and synthesizing data into actionable insights.

$135,000 – $150,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
