Their team offers full project management, from system design to installation and ongoing maintenance, ensuring efficient and reliable refrigeration solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute project work plans, including tracking and reporting resource availability, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities, establishing clear project roles and responsibilities.
  • Travel as required.
  • Coordinate overall planning for communication, project risk, change management, and training.
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
  • Resolve and/or elevate issues in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Gather and review construction documents.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers during bidding, negotiation, and post‑bid process.
  • Visit job sites to monitor production and quality assurance.
  • Review work progress on a daily basis.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
  • Serve as lead point of contact for all customer matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
  • Expand customer opportunities with other services offered.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high‑severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Visit customer locations at least once per week.
  • Achieve and maintain desired gross profit percentage for the customer base.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
Qualifications
  • New product development experience required.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Experience working with and effectively leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality projects on tight schedules.
  • Strong and effective decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize required tasks.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and ability to work with minimum direct supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality required.
  • Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours.
  • Responsive to internal and external client needs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of industry required.
  • Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent job‑related experience.
  • Computer knowledge: MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements

Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand, walk, or lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually quiet.
