Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated Central Supply Coordinator to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

ResponsibilitiesThe Sourcing specialist’s responsibilities include:
- Maintain a budget control over the nursing spend
- Ensure accuracy with classifying GLs on orders
- Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers
- Perform all duties regarding the sourcing of goods for clients
- Compare data provided by multiple vendors to determine best proposal
- Working with contract team as needed for contract related procurement issues
- Managing daily que of sourcing requests from direct email and task management workflow
- Ensuring timely completion of requests
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
