** Job Summary
** As the
** Facility Procurement Manager**, you will be responsible for leading and governing Power and Energy’s global supplier capacity planning. Including, monthly S&OP demand planning, supplier risk identification and implementing mitigation plans in collaboration with component product and purchasing organizations.

* What You Will Do:

* • Managing a global team that is responsible for operating and monitoring the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
• Ensuring the supplier network is capable of meeting the specific facilities’ Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, Management (QCLDM) requirements.
• Collaborating with business partners and suppliers, and resolving facility specific supplier issues.

** Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes. Level Extensive
Experience:
• Helps others learn the tools and techniques for process value analysis.

• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of a major process flow, its components and issues.
• Synchronizes the efforts of, and resource requirements for, several teams within a process.
