Role Description
The Sr. Analyst, Operations Strategy role supports high‑priority cross‑functional operational projects, spanning from service operations projects to field enablement. The analyst will report to the Lead Director, Operations Strategy & Enablement and collaborate extensively with cross‑functional teams and field partners. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
CoreResponsibilities
- Complete analysis and build reports to derive insights on Oak Street’s operational performance, identify opportunities to improve results, and ensure progress towards annual performance targets.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to improve operational performance and proactively identify solutions for problems.
- Support implementation planning and roll‑out, assess impact on center, care teams, and central operations (e.g., call center), support operational strategy development to minimize disruptions.
- Convey updates effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations to field leaders, care teams, and leadership.
- Track progress against key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes; surface risks and opportunities proactively.
- Act as a bridge between field support teams and centralized patient support functions to ensure alignment and smooth transitions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2‑5 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare, population health, provider‑facing operations, or related fields.
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups across levels and functions.
- Quick learner who is comfortable with a high level of ambiguity.
- Demonstrated track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with practical, results‑oriented solutions.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases, ROI, and financial analyses.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise insights and recommendations.

The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
