Job SummaryThis role functions as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing analytical thinking and guidance around business issues, market research, scenario planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis. The specialist develops content such as competitive intelligence and market trend analysis, supports formal strategic recommendations, and creates operational strategy documents. The position also oversees enterprise strategy planning and implementation, ensuring disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
In addition, the role requires leveraging member engagement data from hybrid channels (voice, text, digital, print, etc.) to drive personalized experiences, improve administrative efficiency, and enable seamless omnichannel interactions across the organization.
Core responsibilities include ideating innovative data products, building comprehensive roadmaps aligned with business goals, and rigorously evaluating data quality, accuracy, and availability.
Essential Responsibilities- Perform management responsibilities, including hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management, and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day‑to‑day departmental operations; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary.
- Support leadership in developing and refining product strategy and roadmaps. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in requirement definition and backlog management executed by the product management team.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and other agile ceremonies.
- Manage product development processes across the portfolio of products, supporting product managers with their individual initiatives and ensuring portfolio‑wide quality and strategic focus.
- Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and understand their needs, and participate in user testing and research activities.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining a strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with the product management team and stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
- 3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company.
