Role Overview
The Business Excellence Partner is responsible for identifying operational pain points, quantifying their business impact, designing practical solutions, and driving implementation through measurable results. This role sits within the Business Excellence organization and partners with business leaders across operational, client‑facing, and support functions.
What You Will Do- Identify and prioritize high‑value business problems.
- Quantify the impact of each problem.
- Build an improvement roadmap for assigned business areas.
- Design and implement practical solutions.
- Drive measurable business results and lead change across the business.
The successful partner will say: "I found a business problem that was costing time, money, quality, or customer experience, quantified the impact, built alignment around solving it, designed and implemented a practical solution, got the business to adopt the change, and measured the result and proved the value."
Requirements- Proven track record of leading enterprise‑wide Lean/CI programs with measurable impact in matrixed organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving techniques.
- Success facilitating Kaizen events and building engagement across levels.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Service Now, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and project‑management tools.
